Integrating the best of Executive Coaching with the best of Career & Leadership Advisory, Sandra Rupp fulfilled a lifelong dream when she founded Parthenon Advisors. Sandra created "The Art of Career Navigation" Multimedia Coaching and "The Yin & Yang of Leadership" Advisory with inspiration from clients she developed over 20 years. In 2011, Sandra was a Selected Finalist in two Davos Debates for World Economic Forum and was also placed on the THINKERS 50 Guru Radar list for world's top business thinkers. In 2010 she co-chaired the Kellogg Business School 20th Reunion, suggesting the Panel Topic of Conscious Capitalism.

Sandra has coached and advised some of the world's most innovative leaders across industries & geographies. She is a Member of the McKinsey Quarterly Executive Panel & is active in Boardroom Inclusion. She is Thought Leader, Speaker & Writer on "The Yin & Yang of Leadership." Inspirations for "The Art of Career Navigation" included a Global Digital CEO, Richard Branson, Dr. Deepak Chopra, a Chief Innovation Officer, and her Board of Advisors.

Prior to founding PARTHENON ADVISORS, Sandra was a Managing Director at Hunt Howe Partners, a top boutique executive search firm in New York. Her previous experience was as a Practice Leader in New York headquarters at TMP/Highland Search, acquired by Heidrick & Struggles.
